Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in Whitehall, PA to lead a team of fashion-forward Stylists and drive sales while maintaining store standards. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard and coach staff, ensuring a high-performing team and exceptional customer experience in a fast-fashion environment.

You will manage daily store operations, uphold company policies, and promote Windsor values through coaching, feedback, and recognition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Effective communication in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• DDrive store sales and brand loyalty through an omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.
• Support Store Manager in talent recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Organize and plan daily operations on the sales floor.
