Confidential CRE Software Company is seeking a co-founder to run the company as it scales. You’ll join now and become CEO when our seed round closes.

The founder will shift to Executive Chair, focusing on product vision, industry relations, and capital, while you define what and when to ship and lead a growing leadership team. You’ll own operations, engineering delivery, and go-to-market execution, guiding enterprise readiness and pricing strategies for broker adoption.

Qualifications

• Engineer by background with production code experience.
• Previous scale-up of a B2B software company in a leadership role.
• Experience in raising capital or exiting a company is a plus.
• CRE/proptech domain experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilités

• Own company operations, P&L, and reporting to the board.
• Oversee engineering and product delivery, architecture, quality, and cadence.
• Lead go-to-market operations, pipeline, pricing, and forecasting.
• Prepare enterprise readiness for broker rollouts and build the leadership team.
