Job summary

Maven Commercial, Inc. is seeking a driven Co-Founder to co-lead a live Real Estate Tech platform, owning the product roadmap and growth strategy. You’ll manage feature development, UI/UX improvements, and coordinate a small development team while engaging equity investors.

The role combines hands-on product leadership with strategic fundraising and a long-term pathway to CEO or CTO as the company scales, backed by meaningful equity and ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• MBA or related graduate program completed.
• Some commercial real estate knowledge is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership.
• Comfortable talking to engineers and investors.
• Interest in PropTech, AI, SaaS, or CRE.
• Ability to move fast, solve problems independently, and lead without hand-holding.
• Prior startup or product experience is a plus, but hunger and drive matter more than a resume.

Co-Founder | Head of Product & Growth | Real Estate Tech | $80-100K Equity

We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Co-Founder to help lead and scale a real estate technology platform that is already live, in production, and growing.

We have 6 months of active development underway. We need the right person to take the wheel and help us get to the next level.

You'll take ownership of the product roadmap on a live, actively used application - defining priorities, managing feature development, and improving the overall UI/UX experience. You'll oversee and coordinate a team of software developers, keeping execution on track while maintaining a high bar for quality. Beyond the product, you'll build relationships with equity investors, lead fundraising conversations, and serve as a key strategic thought partner as we grow.

What We're Looking For:

• Recently completed MBA or related graduate program

• Some commercial real estate knowledge is a plus

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high-ownership mentality

• Equally comfortable talking to engineers and investors

• Interest in PropTech, AI, SaaS, or commercial real estate

• Ability to move fast, solve problems independently, and lead without hand-holding

• Prior startup or product experience is a plus, but hunger and drive matters more than a resume

Compensation:

• $80,000 - $100,000 base salary

• Bonus TBD on KPI's

• Meaningful equity / stock options with significant long-term upside

• True Co-Founder title with real decision-making authority

• The runway to grow into a CEO or CTO role as we scale

We are an established commercial real estate group building technology tools to improve the way real estate professionals analyze, market, and transact deals. This is not a whiteboard idea. The platform has been in active development for the past 8 months, is beginning to function, and is already being used internally by our team.
