This role is about building a scalable operating engine for the next generation of AI-powered service platforms, with equity and a high-trust, no-politics culture. Relocation and visa sponsorship are covered, and the team operates with a small, high-expectation group.

Qualifications

• Founded a venture-backed or bootstrapped company, whether or not it worked out.
• CTO or first technical hire at a startup before.
• Shipped a product a team still credits you for.
• Ran a service business and know what Orpex replaces.

Responsibilities

• Own day one and pick the thing you will own.
• Build with the founder, no layers, decisions in hours.
• Set the bar for how we ship and who we hire and what good looks like.
