Job summary

Maven Commercial, Inc. is seeking a driven Co-Founder to co-lead a live Real Estate Tech platform, owning the product roadmap and growth strategy. You’ll manage feature development, UI/UX improvements, and coordinate a small development team while engaging equity investors.

The role combines hands-on product leadership with strategic fundraising and a long-term pathway to CEO or CTO as the company scales, backed by meaningful equity and ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• MBA or related graduate program completed.
• Some commercial real estate knowledge is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership.
• Comfortable talking to engineers and investors.
• Interest in PropTech, AI, SaaS, or CRE.
• Ability to move fast, solve problems independently, and lead without hand-holding.
• Prior startup or product experience is a plus, but hunger and drive matter more than a resume.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a live, actively used platform.
• Define priorities, manage feature development, and improve UI/UX.
• Oversee and coordinate a team of software developers to maintain quality.
• Build relationships with equity investors and lead fundraising conversations.
• Serve as a key strategic thought partner as we grow and scale.
