Plexus Resource Solutions Ltd is seeking a founding engineer to join as Co-Founder/CTO for a ground-floor Web3 infrastructure project. You will help design and build the core cross-chain settlement layer from scratch.

You will own the architecture, ship production-grade code, and work directly with the founders to define the technical roadmap in a high-ownership, early-stage environment. Equity is included alongside base compensation.

Plexus has partnered with a new client in the Web3 infrastructure space, building cross-chain FX and settlement technology that enables seamless value transfer across blockchain networks.

They are looking for a Founding Engineer to join at the ground floor and play a key role in architecting and building the core protocol from scratch.

The Role

Requirements

• Strong background in blockchain, distributed systems, or protocol engineering.
• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade Web3 applications.
• Strong proficiency in Rust systems or smart contract programming language.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
• Strong interest in owning problems from architecture through to production.
