A small, highly capital-efficient crypto team with a profitable DeFi product already in market, built and run by a very lean crew.

We’re now going after a much larger opportunity. The foundation of it is building the best place to trade crypto, spot and perps, from your phone. On top of that sits an original social product with several novel mechanisms. We’ll share more with promising candidates, but whatever you’re picturing, think bigger.

The Role

You are the first and only engineer in your domain. The job is to take an original product vision and turn it into a robust system, holding the whole architecture and the smallest details in your head at the same time.

Stack. TypeScript and Node, Express 5, Postgres with Drizzle, pnpm monorepo, Awilix, Vitest, AWS (SQS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch), Solana, and market data from a range of external providers. Rust and Go are a plus.

You Will

• Migrated live financial data with zero downtime and zero loss.
• Operated a high-throughput system under adversarial conditions.
• Been the final authority and the last escalation.
