Job summary

Plexus Resource Solutions Ltd, in partnership with a leading crypto infrastructure player, is seeking a Blockchain Security Lead to own the security strategy across on-chain systems and to lead a team of specialist engineers.

You will define the security roadmap, perform smart contract reviews across multiple chains, and drive threat modelling and architecture reviews while auditing partnerships for vulnerabilities. Open to US or European timezones.

Qualifications

• Around 10 years total engineering / security engineering experience including experience in crypto/blockchain security.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a highly technical security team.
• Strong familiarity with smart contracts (Solidity, Rust), cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience leading or mentoring a small, highly technical team.

Plexus have partnered with a big intuitional crypto infrastructure player. They looking to strengthen their security function at a senior level. They are looking for a Blockchain Security Lead to own the security strategy across their on-chain systems and lead a team of specialist blockchain security engineers.

Role:

• Leading and mentoring a team of blockchain security engineers.
• Defining the blockchain security strategy and roadmap.
• Performing and guiding smart contract security reviews across multiple chains.
• Leading threat modelling and architecture reviews for on-chain systems.
