Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to jobsite leader in New Jersey. You will work with a Foreman, guide a crew of two or more, and learn to manage daily operations, safety, and customer satisfaction on local projects.

You will review plans, assign tasks, install products, and coordinate with a national team to meet time and budget targets. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving local customers.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment before on-site work.
• Assess job conditions and assign duties to crew based on time and priorities.
• Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work, tracking labor hours and productivity.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after completion of work.
• Complete necessary paperwork and on-site documentation.
