Groundworks in New Hampshire is seeking a Co‑Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will work alongside an experienced Foreman to learn crew leadership, jobsite operations, quality and safety standards, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction or home services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of trades tools and safe jobsite practices.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high‑performance team at local job sites.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Assess site conditions and plan work with the crew and priorities.
• Install products and services with support from a national team.
• Monitor progress and keep projects on time and within budget.
• Provide customers with quality service and clear communication onsite.
• Complete paperwork, check‑in/out procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Foreman to plan, schedule, and coordinate work.
