Job summary

Groundworks in the United States seeks a motivated Co-Foreman to step up from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will learn to lead crews, manage daily operations, and uphold our safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards under guidance from an experienced Foreman.

This hands-on role includes leadership training, on-site problem solving, and a clear path to advancement with a strong benefits package and pay range around $50k–$75k per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills; ability to motivate and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience in construction or home services industry and/or trade work or general labor required.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site.
• Assess conditions of the job on-site; plan based on time, tools, and order of work; assign duties to crew.
• Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Innovate and troubleshoot situations to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
• Ensure all final documentation is done completely and accurately.
• Safely load/unload materials, tools, and equipment and clean the truck.
• Perform installation duties according to Foreman and Company instructions.
