Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is looking for a Co-Foreman to grow into a Foreman. You’ll lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold our quality, safety, and customer standards with hands‑on leadership training and a clear advancement path.

As Co-Foreman you’ll coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and support the Foreman to keep projects on time and within budget. This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to mentor a two‑person crew

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Experience in construction or home services or trade/general labor.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high‑performance local crew.
• Review job specs for materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assess on‑site conditions and plan work sequence.
• Install products with support of a national team.
• Troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with quality service on site.
• Complete paperwork and site check‑ins/outs.
• Load/unload materials and operate company vehicle safely.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work with labor hours.
• Mentor crew and lead in Foreman's absence.
• Communicate changes with customers as needed.
