Job summary

Groundworks, a North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from a skilled Installer to jobsite leader in Florida. You will learn to lead crews, manage daily operations, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction with hands-on leadership training and a clear path to Foreman.

The role coordinates tasks based on priorities, monitors progress, and helps keep projects on time and on budget, while supporting a national team and providing excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Construction or home services industry and/or trade work experience preferred.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assess conditions on-site; plan based on time, tools, and order of work; assign duties to crew.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service on-site.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reporting.
• Safely load/unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform installation duties as instructed by Foreman and Company.
• Drive company vehicles safely and legally.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work hours and productivity.
• Mentor and lead a crew; step in when Foreman is absent.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after completion of work.
