Job summary

Groundworks in California is seeking a Co-Foreman to transition from skilled Installer to a site-leader role. You will work beside an experienced Foreman, learn to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Hands-on leadership training and a clear path to advancement are provided. The role involves planning, coordinating crews, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction/home services.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving local customers.
• Plan and assign duties to crew based on time, tools and materials.
• Install products and services per Foreman instructions and company standards.
• Coordinate with customers before, during and after job completion; document work.
