Job summary

Groundworks, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Co- Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to jobsite leader. You will learn to lead crews, manage daily operations, and uphold quality and safety standards on local projects.

This role includes hands-on leadership training and a clear path to advancement with industry-leading certification. As a Co-Foreman, you’ll coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work stays on time and within budget while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Previous experience in construction/home services/trade work or general labor desired.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assists Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site.
• Assess conditions of the job on-site; set plans based on time, tools, and order of work.
• Assign duties to crew for work to be performed and install products with support of a national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service while onsite.
• Ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and given to proper parties.
• Safely load/unload materials and operate company vehicle as required.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating work and tracking labor hours.
• Mentor crew and lead in Foreman's absence; communicate changes with customers.
