Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from skilled Installer to a site leadership role in Michigan. You will work side-by-side with a Foreman to lead a crew, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, with hands-on leadership training and a clear path to advancement.

The role emphasizes coordinating tasks, planning work, supervising two or more crew members, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a two-or-more-person crew; step in for Foreman as needed.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work with safety and quality in mind.
• Review job specs to determine materials and equipment before on-site work.
• Install products with company standards and timelines.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after job completion.
• Complete paperwork and timekeeping accurately.
