Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from Installer to jobsite leader in Milwaukee, WI. You will work beside an experienced Foreman to learn crew leadership, daily field operations, and quality/safety standards.

You will participate in leadership training, a certification program, and a clear path to advancement as you lead a two-person or larger crew and coordinate tasks on local jobsites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Previous construction/home services experience preferred.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site.
• Assess conditions of the job once on-site; plan based on time and work order; assign duties to crew.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot situations to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provide customers with quality service while onsite.
• Ensure all final documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Safely load/unload materials and operate company vehicle as required.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating work including labor hours and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a crew when Foreman is absent.
