Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co-Foreman to step up from skilled Installer to jobsite leader in Colorado. You will learn to lead crews, manage daily operations, and uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

With hands-on leadership training, certification programs, and a clear path to advancement, this role builds leadership skills on the job. The Co-Foreman coordinates tasks, monitors progress, and supports Foreman with planning and execution while ensuring the project stays on time and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Assess conditions on-site and plan work sequence; assign duties to crew.
• Install products with support of national team.
• Mentor and supervise a crew of two or more; lead in Foreman’s absence.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion; complete paperwork and timesheets.
