Job summary

Groundworks in Connecticut is seeking a Co-Foreman to step up from skilled Installer to site leader. You will learn to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, uphold quality and safety standards, and advance toward a Foreman position with hands-on leadership training and certification.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor progress against time and budget, mentor a crew of two or more, and communicate with customers at all stages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience leading small crews in construction/home services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman in leading a high-performance crew on local projects.
• Review job specs and plan materials, tools, and equipment.
• On-site assessment to set plans, assign duties, and ensure safety and quality.
• Install products with support of a national team and meet timelines.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after job completion.
• Complete paperwork and ensure proper documentation is filed.
