Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Co-Foreman to advance from Installer to site leader. You will learn to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold safety and quality standards. Training, certification programs, and a clear path to advancement are provided, with hands-on leadership growth in field projects.

The role emphasizes coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely, on-budget completion while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Experience in construction/home services or trade work.
• Basic construction/mechanical knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to access crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person or larger crew; assist Foreman with planning and scheduling.
• Review job specs to determine materials and tools before work starts.
• Install products safely and per company standards with guidance from Foreman.
• Coordinate with customers and address changes during the job.
• Complete paperwork and timekeeping accurately; manage equipment and supplies.
• Drive company vehicle safely and maintain clean driving record.
• Mentor crew members and foster a positive team environment.
