You will collaborate weekly with the business office on money management, supervise home events, coordinate with Student Council, FFA, and school administration, and oversee ordering for pizza and other supplies. This role supports fundraising activities and student groups across the district.

Co-Concessions Coordinator

Expectations

• Obtain the proper food license through our food service program.
  • Coordinators will be named and approved pending the completion of this program.
• Work with the business office on money management on a weekly basis.
  • Turn in money and retrieve needed start up money.
• Supervise all home events. (This can be shared if it's a Co-coordinator position)
  • Make sure all items are properly stored and cared for in the concession stand.
• Indoor concession ordering will be done by the co/coordinators and finances run through the Student Council Activity Account. Any group that is selling pizza will run their own concession and order the pizzas from a separate location.
  • Papa Murphy's, Amazon, Costco, Sam's Club, etc.
• Work with the assigned student adviser on specific needs in the concession stands.
  • MHS, Student Council, FFA, Fact, or additional groups needing to fundraise.
• Work with administration on scheduling and knowing which student groups are working.

Salary: $1,250
