Co-Active is seeking a Sales Advisor to transform inbound leads into engaged participants for coach training and leadership programs. You will guide prospective clients through registration, answer questions, and nurture relationships while expanding into organizational (B2B) opportunities.

You’ll work remotely from home, collaborating with HR, L&D, and Talent leaders as our B2B offerings grow, with incentives tied to meeting conversion targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consultative sales with proven closing results.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound conversations with responsiveness.
• Experience qualifying leads using BANT or similar.
• Experience selling to HR, L&D, or Talent leaders is highly desirable.
