Job summary

We are seeking a mission-focused CNO Developer who thrives in an Agile environment and understands the weight of delivering operational capabilities. We need a creative problem-solver who doesn’t just write code but understands the entire integrated kill chain.

Two years of CNO SWE experience, a BS in computer science or related field, and a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance are required. The role focuses on delivering PIE and supporting testing and research.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience as a CNO SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Payloads, Implants, and Exploits (PIE) and integrated kill chains directly to the MARFORCYBER Cyber Support Team and Development Operations Group.
• Supporting unit, component, and system test activities to ensure capabilities are mission-ready.
• Researching platforms and implementing surgical solutions.

Clearance
