Erias Ventures in Hanover, MD is seeking a CNO - Analyst / Programmer skilled in C, embedded and Python to join a technically strong team. You will design, develop, and test applications across Windows and UNIX platforms, lead development efforts, and contribute to agile projects addressing mission-critical needs.

The role requires a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance or the ability to obtain one, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or network engineering or 4 years related programming exp.
• Experience with Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Windows apps with Visual Studio/.NET; UNIX with make; embedded/mobile builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to design, develop, test application software for Windows/Unix/other platforms.
• Build GUI for custom applications and respond to evolving requirements in Agile.
• Maintain technical documents including software and systems engineering and testing.

Description

Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation of CNO tools and capabilities.

• Lead a team to design, develop, and test application software to fulfill unique requirements on Windows, Unix, or other specified platforms,
• Build applications using a specified programming language per the Government,
• Build graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for custom applications, and
• Respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, four (4) years of relevant programming experience (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) in the field may be substituted

Required skills:

• Experience with Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
• Experiencedeveloping Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments
