Erias Ventures seeks engineers with Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance to design, develop, and test software across Windows and Unix platforms. You will build GUI applications, lead development work, and adapt to evolving requirements in an agile government-focused environment.
Candidates must have Bachelor’s in a relevant field (or 12-year equivalent with Master’s), experience in multiple languages, and familiarity with reverse engineering tools and version control.

Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation of CNO tools and capabilities.
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience in the field may be substituted for a total of 12 years to include eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in either hardware or software reverse engineering. Eight (8) years of relevant experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering). A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline reduces the requirement to six (6) years of relevant experience.
Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $200,000 - $255,000.
