The Government Technical Services Corporation in Hanover, MD seeks a Computer Network Operations Analyst Programmer, Level 1. All work is on-site in Hanover, Maryland, and requires an Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities include programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python; developing Windows and UNIX applications; and ensuring documentation and reviews follow the Government procedures. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Four years of relevant programming experience; two years if Master’s degree substituted.
• Substitution rule allows four additional years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's.

Job Description

GTSC seeks a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 1.

Location: Hanover, MD

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission : Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Certifications: None.

Requirements:

• Four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
• Two (2) years of relevant programming experience if a Master’s degree held in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to two (2) years of relevant experience.

Education and Required Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of eight (8) years.

Responsibilities:

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
• Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
