AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, seeks a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 2, in Hanover, MD to contribute to government-grade software development in Windows and UNIX environments.

The role involves programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python, developing Windows/UNIX applications, and participating in design reviews and documentation per government procedures.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience may substitute for a total of twelve (12) years.
• Active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; Embedded or mobile platform development.
• Provide/author documentation and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
• Provide/author documentation and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.
• Lead/direct the development of new solutions meeting customer demands.

Location: Hanover, MD

Mission: Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Certifications: None.

Requirements

• Eight (8) of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
• Two (2) years of relevant programming experience if a Master's degree held in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years of relevant experience.

Education And Required Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of twelve (12) years.

• Provide/author and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.
• Actively participate and direct the design and development of end-to-end data flow and tasking for tools developed.
• Actively participate and lead/direct the development of new solutions that meet the demands of customers.
