AEITS, Inc. in Hanover, MD is seeking a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 2 for on-site work.

The role requires 8 years of relevant programming experience, with flexibility for 6 years if a Master’s degree is held. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a possible substitution of 4 years of experience in lieu of the degree. Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

• Actively participate and lead/direct development of new solutions meeting customer demands.

AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, is growing its team! Seeking a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 2.

Location: Hanover, MD

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission: Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Certifications: None.

Requirements:

• Eight (8) of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
• Two (2) years of relevant programming experience if a Master's degree held in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years of relevant experience.

Education and Required Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of twelve (12) years.

• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
• Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
• Provide/author documentation, design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
• Provide/author and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.
• Actively participate and direct the design and development of end-to-end data flow and tasking for tools developed.
• Actively participate and lead/direct the development of new solutions that meet the demands of customers.
