Job summary

GTSC seeks a Computer Network Operations Analyst Programmer, Level 2, to join our on-site team in Hanover, MD. The role focuses on programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python and developing Windows and UNIX applications within Visual Studio, .NET, or make-based environments.

The candidate must have a Top Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and a Bachelor's degree or 12 years of equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or 12 years of related programming experience.
• Eight (8) years of relevant programming experience; substitution reduces to six (6) years with a Master’s degree.
• Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python for Windows and UNIX applications.
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET; UNIX apps using make files or similar environments.
• Document, design, and review software according to Government procedures and processes.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.
• Lead development of new solutions meeting customer demands.

Job Description

GTSC seeks a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Analyst Programmer, Level 2.

Location: Hanover, MD

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Mission: Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python to develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments, and UNIX applications, embedded or mobile platform development.

Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with polygraph.

Certifications: None.

Requirements:

• Eight (8) of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering).
  
• Two (2) years of relevant programming experience if a Master's degree held in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years of relevant experience.
  

Education and Required Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of twelve (12) years.
  

Responsibilities:

• Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
  
• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open-source build environments.
  
• Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
  
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.

• Actively participate and direct the design and development of end-to-end data flow and tasking for tools developed.
