Job summary

Diana Health in Orange City, FL is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife Laborist for a full-time role. You will independently manage midwifery care in our outpatient clinic, collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, and other specialists, and provide leadership on Labor & Delivery with in-house coverage.

The position emphasizes quality improvement, emergency readiness, and ongoing education to advance patient care. CNMs with active FL licensure and AMCB certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in intrapartum and postpartum obstetric care.
• Ability to work in a collaborative OB/CNM practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and shared decision making.
• AMCB certification and active FL RN/APRN license required by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs and other specialists.
• Lead Labor & Delivery coverage and in-house clinical oversight.
• Triage obstetric patients in emergent situations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and drills.
