Job summary

Diana Health, Inc. in Orange City, FL is hiring a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for full-time work with labor and delivery at AdventHealth Fish Memorial. A $7,500 sign-on is offered for eligible full-time candidates, along with competitive benefits and work‑life balance.

The CNM will independently provide full-scope midwifery care, collaborate with OB/GYNs and other specialists, and participate in quality improvement to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in intrapartum, postpartum and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs preferred).
• Ability to work in a collaborative OB/CNM practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Value patient preferences, shared decision making, and holistic care.
• NRP certification preferred; BLS required by start date.
• Active AMCB certification and FL RN/APRN license.
• OB ultrasound and advanced fetal monitoring certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, lactation counselors and other specialists.
• Provide day-to-day leadership on Labor & Delivery with in-house coverage.
• Triage obstetric patients and coordinate with RNs/OBs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and drills.

Education

Active AMCB certification

Current FL RN and APRN license

BLS certification
