Diana Health, Inc. in Orange City, FL, seeks CNMs to join a growing OB/GYN team. You will independently provide full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic, collaborating with OB/GYNs, RNs, lactation counselors and other specialists to support pregnancy and women’s health.

You will lead Labor & Delivery coverage, triage obstetric patients, participate in quality initiatives, and access leadership training, with competitive compensation and sign-on and relocation support.

Qualificações

• Experience managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in hospital settings (2 yrs preferred).
• Active AMCB certification is required by start date.
• Current Florida RN and APRN license is required.
• NRP and BLS certifications by start date are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches and others.
• Provide day-to-day leadership on Labor & Delivery with in-house coverage.
• Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients with RNs/OB/GYNs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events.
