Job summary

Diana Health is hiring a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, to provide full-scope midwifery care with labor and delivery coverage at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital.

The CNM will collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, lactation counselors, and other specialists, ensuring patient-centered care, work-life balance, and ongoing professional growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs preferred).
• Active AMCB certification and Florida RN/APRN licensure by start date (required).
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with OB/GYNs, RNs, and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-scope midwifery care in outpatient and hospital settings.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, lactation counselors, and other specialists.
• Provide day-to-day Labor & Delivery expertise and in-house coverage.
• Triage obstetric emergencies and participate in quality initiatives.
