Diana Health in Orange City, FL is seeking CNMs to join a growing OB/GYN team. You will independently manage full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic and collaborate with clinicians to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services.

The role emphasizes leadership in Labor & Delivery, triage for obstetric patients, and participation in quality improvement initiatives, with a supportive work environment and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with intrapartum, postpartum and OB triage in hospital settings.
• Ability to work in a collaborative OB/CNM practice.
• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care.
• Active licensure and relevant obstetric certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic and obstetric/gynecologic services.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, and other specialists.
• Lead Labor & Delivery coverage and respond to obstetric emergencies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training.
