Diana Health, Inc. is hiring a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Arlington, Texas, to provide full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic and oversee Labor & Delivery coverage.

The role emphasizes collaboration with OB/GYNs, RNs, and lactation professionals to deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services. Qualified candidates will hold RN and APRN licenses in TX, NRP and BLS certifications by start date, and AMCB certification; additional obstetric ultrasound or fetal

Qualifications

• Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative OB/CNM practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-scope midwifery care in outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, RNs, lactation counselors, and other specialists.
• Provide day-to-day Labor & Delivery leadership and in-house coverage.
• Triage obstetric patients and coordinate with RNs/OBs during emergent care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and drills.
