Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience operating CNC machinery, edge banders, or saws in woodworking/manufacturing.
• Experience in millwork, cabinetry, or custom wood products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC routers, edge banders, and saws to meet job specs.
• Read blueprints, cut lists, travelers, and CAD/CNC files to determine setup and sequence.
• Inspect parts with calipers, tape measures, and squares for dimensional accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records and follow safety procedures including PPE usage.
