Job summary

Jackson Furniture Industries, Inc. seeks a Router Operator to produce wooden machined parts on CNC equipment. You will program, set up, and run CNC machines to meet exact specifications, with emphasis on safety and quality on the 2nd shift (4:30 pm–3 am, Mon–Fri).

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to verify programs, load materials, perform test runs, and adjust settings to ensure precise results. Daily maintenance and accurate sorting for next production phase are expected.

Qualifications

• Measuring and math skills required.
• Ability to enter CNC programs accurately into a PC.
• Good manual dexterity for handling parts and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce specified wooden pieces.
• Translate scheduled orders into CNC programs and verify correct entry.
• Load OSB/plywood and perform test runs to check dimensions.
