Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or woodworking experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
• Basic understanding of measuring tools and material handling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Edgebander Operator with daily production requirements.
• Receive finished parts and stack them safely and accurately.
• Organize parts for multi-pass processing and prepare for re-entry.
• Handle large and heavy panels safely to prevent damage and injury.
• Inspect parts for defects, damage, or edge quality issues.
• Maintain production flow and prevent backups at the outfeed.
• Sort and stage completed parts according to work orders.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with material movement and transportation in production.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
