Job summary

Jobot is hiring a CNC Waterjet Supervisor in Pottstown, PA for an on-site, permanent role. The incumbent will supervise CNC waterjet operations, read blueprints, ensure quality and productivity, and collaborate with production teams.

The position offers growth opportunities and benefits. The ideal candidate will have waterjet or CNC experience, forklift proficiency, and strong measurement skills, with a hands-on approach to manufacturing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC waterjet or machining preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC waterjet equipment to produce parts per specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Set machine offsets and adjust programs as needed.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers and depth gauges.
• Identify and address out-of-tolerance conditions and machine malfunctions.
