Job summary

Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC is seeking a Waterjet/CAD-CAM operator to process high quality metal products in a fixed Pennsylvania facility. You will finalize designs from customer sketches, set up the waterjet, and ensure tolerances meet specifications.

The role requires CAD/CAM experience, math proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly while working independently in a production environment. Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Experience with CAD/CAM software.
Math skills including fractions and decimals.
Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretch.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Use CAD/CAM software to finalize designs from customer drawings and diagrams to determine dimensions and tolerances for finished product.
Operate waterjet to accurately complete customer orders
Read job specifications to determine and maintain machine adjustments and material requirements.
Ability to work with quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers and perform basic dimensional tolerances.
Continually measure work piece dimensions to assure constant specification accuracy throughout machine operation.
Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goals.
