Required 5 years of machinist experience, proficiency with G-code and Conversational controls, and familiarity with ERP systems. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with weekend hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree in machine tool technology preferred.
• Experience as a machinist in a precision shop is required with 5 years preferred.
• Experience with data collection software and ERP systems is required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical data, prints and travelers.

Aufgaben

• Machine parts to tolerance based on blue print requirements using CNC machines.
• Set up mills and lathes with fixtures, tools and offsets; verify operations with quality checks.
• Plan machining by studying work orders, drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Maintain safe operations and proper tooling usage; perform preventive maintenance.
