Viper Northwest, Inc. is hiring a CNC Vertical Hurco Machinist for the swing shift in Albany, Oregon. The role is full-time and non-exempt, with a pay range of $30.00 to $36.00 per hour plus a 10% swing shift differential.

Responsibilities include programming, setting up mills, maintaining tooling, and ensuring on-time delivery with quality standards. Requires 5 years of machining experience and knowledge of GD&T and G-code.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience as a Machinist in a precision shop.
• Experience with conversational and G-code controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T for tolerance analysis.
• Basic computer skills and ERP/Data Collection familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Machine parts to blueprint tolerances on CNC Hurco vertical mill.
• Set up mills and lathes with appropriate vises, chucks and tools.
• Monitor tooling usage and maintain safe operations.
• Verify part quality by measurements and testing; troubleshoot issues.
