Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 5–10 years' machinist experience in a precision shop; level 4 or 5.
• CAD/CAM programming experience preferred; data collection & ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate Haas CNC vertical mill per blueprints and GD&T.
• Set up mills/lathes with chucks, vises, tools, attachments; ensure tooling is correct.
• Monitor tooling, perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair as needed.
• Verify first-run parts; maintain quality and on-time delivery; follow safety rules.
