Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical machining training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience operating CNC turret punch presses in sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong ability to read complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and operate CNC turret punch presses according to production schedules, blueprints, and drawings.
• Select, install, and align tooling in turret stations based on sheet material specs and job requirements.
• Load G-code, adjust machine offsets, verify parameters before runs.
• Inspect first piece and in-process parts using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
