We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production operator to join our manufacturing team in Addison, IL. In this role, you will operate production equipment, assemble and package products, inspect finished goods, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment. • Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions and procedures.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing activities.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S Principles.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic machine setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
