Job summary

Reliable Equipment Manufacturing Co. is seeking a full-time CNC Set-Up Machinist to support growing production. The role involves setting up and running turning/milling on DMG MORI, NAKAMURA TOME, and MAZAK machines while editing programs as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in machining.

Responsibilities

• Perform setups and run production on DMG MORI, NAKAMURA TOME, and MAZAK.
• Edit and update programs for jobs as required.
• Fill bar loaders for turning centers, lifting 40lbs.
• Prepare parts for inspections and/or following operations as required.
• Understanding proper use of inspection equipment and validate conforming parts.
• Maintain machine and workspace: fill coolant and way oil, remove chips and debris from work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
