Responsibilities

• Set up CNC turning centers and perform complex machining operations.
• Read routers, control sheets, and sketches; apply GD&T and precision checks.
• Troubleshoot chatter, surface defects, drift, tool wear, and variances.
• Collaborate with programmers to optimize tool paths and reduce cycle times.
• Inspect features with micrometers, height gauges, and CMM reports.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records; ensure traceability.
