Job summary

You will deliver on-site and customer-facing training, consult with customers, and support turnkey projects while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on CAM experience, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex machining concepts into practical training for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to train, mentor and guide others.
• Strong understanding of process cycle times and machining capabilities.
• Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and customer-facing training and consultative support.
• Partner with the sales team throughout the solution development and sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop process cycle time estimates and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Support turnkey system projects, including documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and project updates.
• Travel duties as needed (approx. 25% overnight).
