Job summary

You’ll engage directly with clients, deliver on-site training, and contribute to turnkey projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes CAM proficiency, process optimization, and educating customers to improve throughput and part quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to train, mentor and guide others.
• Strong understanding of process cycle times and machining capabilities.
• Proficiency with CNC controls such as Fanuc or Siemens.
• Hands-on Milling/Turning experience; 5-axis milling knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site training and consultative support.
• Partner with the sales team throughout solution development.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop process cycle time estimates and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Assist with fixture and tooling design.
• Support turnkey system projects and documentation.
• Maintain records of activities and project updates.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
