Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support CNC machinery in the Raleigh-Fayetteville area. You will perform on-site service, installations, and preventive maintenance on cutting-edge CNC equipment, traveling within the local market.

We provide a company vehicle or car allowance, cell phone, laptop, fuel reimbursement, and a streamlined expense process to keep you focused on servicing customers and maintaining top-of-the-line equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Raleigh Fayetteville markets. Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing, of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
